The Pilates Blueprint
Saturday July 11, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Classical work as originally intended: intelligent, purposeful movement designed to support strength, mobility, breath, and presence.

In this session, Michelle Rooney guides participants through the foundational Pilates repertoire, exploring the classics as both a physical practice and a mindful system of self-study. Emphasis is placed on breath, precision, control, and flow, allowing the work to feel both timeless and immediately relevant.
Participants will learn key classical exercises, understand their original intent, and experience how these movements can be adapted for modern bodies without losing their integrity. This workshop is suitable for all levels and offers something meaningful for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.

Power Yoga: Strength, Presence & Embodied Flow
Saturday July 11, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
This power yoga workshop is an intentional, breath-driven practice designed to build strength, mobility and deep mind-body connection. Through dynamic sequencing, conscious transitions, and moments of stillness, participants are invited to move with purpose rather than force.

This class blends traditional power yoga with somatic awareness, encouraging practitioners to listen inward, explore their edges safely, and reconnect with their innate strength- physically, mentally and energetically.
Expect a balanced flow that challenges the body, steadies the nervous system, and leaves you feeling grounded, empowered, and present.

Open to all levels, with thoughtful options and variations offered throughout, this practice is less about performance and more about embodiment- meeting yourself exactly where you are and moving from that place with intention.
Participants will leave feeling strong, centered, and deeply connected to their breath, body and inner resilience.

Cannabis & Menopause: Reclaiming Pleasure, Presence, and Power in Midlife
Saturday July 11, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
This experiential, education-forward workshop explores how cannabis can be used as intentional wellness tools to support common menopausal experiences such as sleep disruption, anxiety, pain, inflammation, changes in desire, and shifts in arousal. Grounded in sex-positive, stigma-informed education, participants will learn how the endocannabinoid system intersects with hormonal changes — and how mindful cannabis practices may help restore balance, comfort, and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:
What’s actually happening in the body during perimenopause and menopause
How cannabis and cannabinoids may support nervous system regulation, pleasure, and pain relief
Practical, harm-reduction approaches to products like CBD lubes, topicals, tinctures, and non-smokable options
Consent, boundaries, and self-trust when using plant medicine during intimate or vulnerable states
This workshop centers choice, autonomy, and accessibility. Consumption is never required. Participants are invited to engage in reflective practices, gentle discussion, and embodied awareness — solo, partnered, or simply inward.
Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already cannabis-affirming, this space is designed to reduce stigma, increase literacy, and empower people navigating midlife to feel informed, supported, and at home in their bodies.

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING? — A Nervous System Reset Experience
Saturday July 11, 2026 6:00pm - 7:00pm EDT
This 60-minute experience guides participants through a gentle arc of rhythm, reflection, movement, and sound, allowing the nervous system to release excess activation and settle into a grounded, integrated state.

We begin with a brief welcome circle to establish safety and connection, followed by cardio drumming to rhythmically discharge stress and reconnect participants to their bodies in an accessible, non-intimidating way. From there, participants are guided through a reflective inquiry exploring Who are you? and Who do you want to be? using journaling and an optional mirror or phone-camera reflection to deepen authentic self-awareness (always choice-based).
Insights are then embodied through Soul Flow, an intuitive, slow-flow movement practice co-facilitated with Soul Flow instructor Lori, weaving movement with reflective pauses and optional writing. The experience concludes with a sound meditation and integration, using crystal bowls and grounding tones, followed by a gentle closing circle.
Participants leave feeling regulated, centered, and more connected.
Participants will:
Experience practical tools for nervous system regulation through rhythm, movement, and sound.
Gain clarity through guided self-reflection around identity and intentionality.
Translate insight into embodied awareness while feeling grounded, present, and integrated.

Ecstatic Dance Journey
Saturday July 11, 2026 7:30pm - 9:30pm EDT
Travel with the sound of music into your body. Move freely to the sound of your own heartbeat and expression. Ecstatic Dance is a kind of moving meditation, but it can really be whatever you need it to be. It can be a somatic practice of releasing through movement and sound. It can be a playful way to bring out your inner child. It can also be a space of deep contemplation. It is a journey into experiencing yourself in tandem with music.

We will start in circle with breath and guided gentle movement, that will transition us all into our own free-form movement. We close in silence, offering the energy generated in the container to ourselves and the world.
No mat necessary. No dance experience needed. See you there
