Sunday July 12, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Experience a beautiful recalibration of your own energy in communion with the essence of cacao. Allow this experience to support you with enhanced clarity, emotional awareness, and grounded energy as you move through the weekend.

It is an ascent from low key to a gradual build up of energetic momentum, unique to each person's experiencing through the peaks and valleys of their own frequency shifts.
You will be served a potent shot of cacao elixer from a single origin farm sourced directly from Guatemala. We will ground into the power of our own energy source and strengthen our field through heart centered presence, gentle movement, and empowered sound activations. This is a unique collective gathering for all who want to remove inorganic distortions from their field, amplify their energetic potency, and connect to their own sovereign truth.

Journey Through the Koshas: Somatics & Sound
Sunday July 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
This experiential workshop guides participants through the five yogic koshas or shealths of being: the physical body, the breath body, the mental body, the wisdom body and the bliss body. Unite these layers of being by bridging yogic philosophy with somatic practices to notice the stories and potential limiting beliefs that live within our stored tension. Through somatic movement, self-bodywork, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you are invited to notice the subtle energies of aliveness as you journey into rediscovering wholeness.

The session begins with gentle somatic movement, including facial and vocal release, to soften tension, increase sensory awareness, and support a felt sense of safety within the body. Participants move into somatic breathwork to cultivate internal energy and support nervous system activation and regulation, allowing stored tension and habituated responses to unwind through sensation and awareness. Transition into a guided meditation to witness what sensations, thoughts and emotions have risen to the surface. Make space to see yourself with compassion as awareness is turned inward.
Close your experience with an immersive sound bath of intentional frequencies from the gong, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and flutes. Gently shift into a receptive, subconscious state, where the brain can repattern, the body can deeply relax, and space opens to notice what is moving, settling, and integrating within.
This workshop is for those curious about the intersection of yogic wisdom and somatic healing, including practitioners, teachers, and anyone seeking a grounded, embodied approach to self-regulation, inner listening, and meaningful rest.

Witnessing Consciousness: A Yogic View of AI
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
AI is simply a reflection of the human mind, but not just one mind, rather our collective, mass consciousness. The internet gave us a way to see how mind works on a global scale. AI is the next step back, an amplification of that same mind, accessible to all at any time.

There is nothing inherently good or bad about it. As the Yoga Sutras remind us, the mind can be a source of suffering or liberation depending on our relationship to it. So the question becomes: do we let it run the show, or do we remain established in the witness? Or do we become even more absorbed in mind, losing sight of what’s real? AI is the most powerful tool we’ve created since the internet which means our relationship to it matters.

In this workshop, we’ll explore where yoga and AI intersect in this space, how the same yogic techniques we use to understand, observe, and work skillfully with the mind can guide how we meet AI.

We’ll talk about awareness, discernment, and staying rooted in what’s real. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and simple practices you can take with you, so AI becomes something you can control consciously… instead of something that controls you.
