Natural Law is the living intelligence that underlies everything, the rhythms, patterns, and principles that keep the universe in harmony. When we understand and align with these laws, life begins to flow with more ease, clarity, and coherence.

In this workshop, we explore Natural Law through the body, breath, and lived experience. You’ll learn how energy moves through your field, how thoughts and stories shape your reality, and how to return to the pulse, the place where you operate in rhythm with Earth, truth, and your own inner knowing.
Together we uncover how:
• awareness shifts your whole field
• emotions influence your actions
• alignment organizes your reality
• you can live with more steadiness, clarity, and resonance
This is a practical, grounded introduction to Natural Law accessible to beginners and deeply validating for practitioners. You will leave with tools you can use immediately in your daily life. (Comes with a free pdf download of my natural law workbook)

Somatic Release Breathwork (w/ Hands-On Healing)

Somatic Release Breathwork is a transformative embodiment practice that connects you to your body’s electrical network—the nervous system—helping release and alchemize stagnation and stuck emotions from repetitive thoughts, feelings, and old narratives. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release—such as shaking, crying, or laughing—to clear blockages and restore balance to the nervous system. Many describe this experience as deeply transformative—akin to a plant medicine journey—for reclaiming true power and deepening into authenticity.

Pre-Breathwork Recommendations:
  • ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before 10 AM so we can begin promptly. Give yourself ample time to settle in (10-15 minutes) and begin to drop into the space and to your direct experience.
  • FOOD: Please do NOT eat 2 hours before our session.
  • LIQUIDS: Please refrain from drinking excessive amounts of fluid the morning of. Enough to stay hydrated, without feeling a lot of "fullness" in the belly. Caffeine is fine in the morning, if that is part of your routine.
  • TO BRING: 
    • Yoga Mat
    • Blanket
    • Water Bottle
    • Journal
    • *Optional but Recommended* Eye Mask (I recommend the Mindfold)

Contraindications
By signing up for this ceremony, I confirm that I have no contraindications for this type of breathwork including:
● Cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
● High Blood Pressure
● Glaucoma
● Retinal Detachment
● Pregnancy
● Osteoporosis
● Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
● Severe Mental Illness
● Major Medications
● History of Seizures
● Persons with Asthma should bring their inhaler AND consult their primary care physician


I also agree that I will not consume any mind altering medicines or substances before the ceremony.

This experiential workshop invites participants to move beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body, where emotional patterns and limiting beliefs are often held. Through guided presence, sound, and Reiki attunement, we create a supportive container for the nervous system to soften, regulate, and release what is ready to be let go.
