Classical work as originally intended: intelligent, purposeful movement designed to support strength, mobility, breath, and presence.

In this session, Michelle Rooney guides participants through the foundational Pilates repertoire, exploring the classics as both a physical practice and a mindful system of self-study. Emphasis is placed on breath, precision, control, and flow, allowing the work to feel both timeless and immediately relevant.
Participants will learn key classical exercises, understand their original intent, and experience how these movements can be adapted for modern bodies without losing their integrity. This workshop is suitable for all levels and offers something meaningful for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.
