This experiential, education-forward workshop explores how cannabis can be used as intentional wellness tools to support common menopausal experiences such as sleep disruption, anxiety, pain, inflammation, changes in desire, and shifts in arousal. Grounded in sex-positive, stigma-informed education, participants will learn how the endocannabinoid system intersects with hormonal changes — and how mindful cannabis practices may help restore balance, comfort, and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:
What’s actually happening in the body during perimenopause and menopause
How cannabis and cannabinoids may support nervous system regulation, pleasure, and pain relief
Practical, harm-reduction approaches to products like CBD lubes, topicals, tinctures, and non-smokable options
Consent, boundaries, and self-trust when using plant medicine during intimate or vulnerable states
This workshop centers choice, autonomy, and accessibility. Consumption is never required. Participants are invited to engage in reflective practices, gentle discussion, and embodied awareness — solo, partnered, or simply inward.
Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already cannabis-affirming, this space is designed to reduce stigma, increase literacy, and empower people navigating midlife to feel informed, supported, and at home in their bodies.
