Perceive the world before we put words to it.

In this workshop, participants are guided through a series of sensory experiences that invite listening beyond thought. Short pieces of music, simple tastes, and gentle movement become moments of attention that is felt first in the body, then allowed to take form through color, line, and shape.
Rather than trying to create an image, participants respond. Sound moves the hand. Taste becomes texture. Feeling becomes motion. The page becomes a place where experience is translated as it’s happening, not after it’s been explained or analyzed.
Breath supports the process throughout, helping participants stay present as energy shifts across the senses. Over time, patterns begin to emerge, showing each person how they naturally receive and interpret the world around them.
Sensing in Color is playful, surprising, and quietly revealing. It offers a direct experience of intuition at work and a glimpse into how identity is shaped by what we notice, trust, and allow to move through us.
No art experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen with the senses.
