AI is simply a reflection of the human mind, but not just one mind, rather our collective, mass consciousness. The internet gave us a way to see how mind works on a global scale. AI is the next step back, an amplification of that same mind, accessible to all at any time.

There is nothing inherently good or bad about it. As the Yoga Sutras remind us, the mind can be a source of suffering or liberation depending on our relationship to it. So the question becomes: do we let it run the show, or do we remain established in the witness? Or do we become even more absorbed in mind, losing sight of what’s real? AI is the most powerful tool we’ve created since the internet which means our relationship to it matters.

In this workshop, we’ll explore where yoga and AI intersect in this space, how the same yogic techniques we use to understand, observe, and work skillfully with the mind can guide how we meet AI.

We’ll talk about awareness, discernment, and staying rooted in what’s real. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and simple practices you can take with you, so AI becomes something you can control consciously… instead of something that controls you.
