This experiential workshop guides participants through the five yogic koshas or shealths of being: the physical body, the breath body, the mental body, the wisdom body and the bliss body. Unite these layers of being by bridging yogic philosophy with somatic practices to notice the stories and potential limiting beliefs that live within our stored tension. Through somatic movement, self-bodywork, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you are invited to notice the subtle energies of aliveness as you journey into rediscovering wholeness.

The session begins with gentle somatic movement, including facial and vocal release, to soften tension, increase sensory awareness, and support a felt sense of safety within the body. Participants move into somatic breathwork to cultivate internal energy and support nervous system activation and regulation, allowing stored tension and habituated responses to unwind through sensation and awareness. Transition into a guided meditation to witness what sensations, thoughts and emotions have risen to the surface. Make space to see yourself with compassion as awareness is turned inward.
Close your experience with an immersive sound bath of intentional frequencies from the gong, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and flutes. Gently shift into a receptive, subconscious state, where the brain can repattern, the body can deeply relax, and space opens to notice what is moving, settling, and integrating within.
This workshop is for those curious about the intersection of yogic wisdom and somatic healing, including practitioners, teachers, and anyone seeking a grounded, embodied approach to self-regulation, inner listening, and meaningful rest.
