Breathing in Color is about giving the inner experience a visual language.

In this workshop, color is explored as energy rather than aesthetic, and breath becomes the translator. Through guided somatic breathwork and visualization, participants are invited to sense how energy moves within the body, between one another, and through the land and air around them.
Every brushstroke, color palette, and mark an artist makes carries subtle choices that shape their artistic style. Over time, these choices become a visual vocabulary… a way of speaking without words.
As participants explore their inner canvas with curiosity and insight, they begin to sense their own intuitive language forming. With each sensation that whispers, each emotion, memory, or subtle shift that stirs, color becomes a living vocabulary for experiencing energy and offering form to what is felt before it needs to be named.
Near the close of the session, participants are invited to offer a single mark, color, or gesture to a communal artwork, contributing as it feels resonant. This shared creation reflects the collective frequency shaped through breath, presence, and shared attention in that moment. The completed piece will be shared digitally with all who attended as a keepsake of the experience.
Breathing in Color introduces somatic breathwork and creative expression as ritual and offers a way of experiencing art as something felt through the body and held in space. It's an energetic language that continues to speak long after the moment has passed.
No prior art or breathwork experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.
