Consent is not just a verbal agreement — it’s a lived, embodied experience that shifts with context, sensation, and nervous system state. This workshop invites participants into a deeper understanding of consent as something felt, practiced, and continually renegotiated — especially when cannabis or other consciousness-altering practices are present.

Through education, reflection, and gentle somatic inquiry, participants will explore how cannabis can be used mindfully to slow down, increase body awareness, and clarify internal signals related to desire, comfort, and boundaries. Rather than focusing on performance or partnered outcomes, this space centers self-consent, presence, and choice.

Topics include:
How cannabis affects perception, sensation, and nervous system regulation
The difference between cognitive consent and somatic consent
Navigating “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” when altered states are involved
Harm-reduction strategies for intimacy, communication, and aftercare
Applying consent principles inward — to rest, pleasure, substances, and pacing
