This Mindfulness Yoga Hike blends gentle vinyasa flow, breath awareness, and guided meditation with an intentional nature walk. Designed for festival participants of all levels, this experience invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect — to your body, your breath, and the earth beneath your feet.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a standing flow to awaken the body. As we hike at a mindful pace, you’ll be guided through walking meditation, sensory awareness practices, and short movement sequences at scenic pauses along the trail. Expect moments of stillness, community connection, and reflection woven between movement and nature immersion.
This is not about distance or intensity — it’s about presence.
