The Opening Portal
Friday July 10, 2026 5:00pm - 7:00pm EDT
Step into a sacred two-hour immersive experience designed to ground, connect, and awaken your inner landscape.  Guide by three facilitators, this offering weaves together ancient practices and intentional ritual to create a deeply nourishing container for community and transformation.

We will begin by honoring the space with a heartfelt land acknowledgement and blessing, followed by a collective meta (loving-kindness) prayer to open our hearts and set a shared intention.  From there, you'll be gently guided into grounding breathwork to center your body and calm the mind.

As the journey unfolds, you'll be led through a guided shamanic meditation, inviting insight, clarity, and connection to your inner wisdom.  The experience will deepen in a rhythmic drumming circle, activating energy, unity, and collective presence - leaving you feeling connected uplifted, and rooted in community.

We will drop into the space, into ourselves, and the transformative weekend ahead with intention.

This offering is an invitation to remember the power of intentional gathering.

Nepalese Shamanic Journey
Saturday July 11, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
A Shamanic Journey is an ancient practice dating back to the pre-religion times of animism. Shamanic Journeying uses traditional drumming to effortlessly induce deep meditative states of consciousness without the use of any substances. While in these deep meditative states we can experience healing, emotional release, pattern recognition, wisdom from guides/ancestors, enhanced overall wellbeing, and even mystical visions. In modern times we are so caught up in surviving day to day that we forget the more subtle realms and energies that are unseen around us all of the time. We begin each journey by honoring these unseen energies, our ancestors, and the elemental spirits of earth, water, fire, wind and ether (space). We will set an intention for our journey together after a brief introduction and explanation of the practice to receive the most benefits from our session. The beat of the drum shifts our consciousness toward the spiritual realms and allows us to expand beyond our normal awareness. The science behind these practices lies in the trance inducing beat of the drum, when we listen to repeated drumming our brains shift from our waking state into a deep meditative state. Shamanic Journeys can provide profound healing, new insights and awareness in our life that help us to see life from a renewed perspective which leads to new solutions and experiences.  All are welcome, no previous experience necessary!

Saturday July 11, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Restorative is held for several minutes, the goal is to experience relaxation and restoration. This means that there is very little effort of any kind during a practice. Accessing tranquility and peace through healing, nurturing postures. A passive, transformative style of yoga that asks participants to hold postures. Longer hold of poses is done to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. Cultivate stillness, meditation, and deep awareness, but they access these states in different but equally beneficial ways.

Embodied Brush Yoga: A collective Art Experience
Saturday July 11, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
Embodied Brush Yoga: A Collective Art Experience invites you to slip into a world where movement becomes paint, breath becomes rhythm, and your body becomes the brush. With body-safe pigments on hands and feet, we'll step onto a collective canvas and be guided through a slow, fluid yoga flow that awakens the senses and softens you into your own skin. Each gesture leaves its trace on the shared canvas. Let your body speak in a swirl of color, a press of presence, and a moment of deeply embodied emotion translated into form.

As the class unfolds, the space becomes alive with collective expression: footsteps of grounding, handprints of release, spirals of playful joy and somatic surrender. Together, we create a living tapestry of embodied experience: a visual imprint of community, connection, and the sensual intelligence of the moving body. By the end, the canvas becomes a piece of collective art, holding the story of every breath, every touch, every felt moment we shared.

Expect a balanced flow that challenges the body, steadies the nervous system, and leaves you feeling grounded, empowered, and present.

Cannabis & Menopause: Reclaiming Pleasure, Presence, and Power in Midlife
Saturday July 11, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
This experiential, education-forward workshop explores how cannabis can be used as intentional wellness tools to support common menopausal experiences such as sleep disruption, anxiety, pain, inflammation, changes in desire, and shifts in arousal. Grounded in sex-positive, stigma-informed education, participants will learn how the endocannabinoid system intersects with hormonal changes — and how mindful cannabis practices may help restore balance, comfort, and connection.

Together, we’ll explore:
What’s actually happening in the body during perimenopause and menopause
How cannabis and cannabinoids may support nervous system regulation, pleasure, and pain relief
Practical, harm-reduction approaches to products like CBD lubes, topicals, tinctures, and non-smokable options
Consent, boundaries, and self-trust when using plant medicine during intimate or vulnerable states
This workshop centers choice, autonomy, and accessibility. Consumption is never required. Participants are invited to engage in reflective practices, gentle discussion, and embodied awareness — solo, partnered, or simply inward.
Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already cannabis-affirming, this space is designed to reduce stigma, increase literacy, and empower people navigating midlife to feel informed, supported, and at home in their bodies.

Certainty Within: Trusting Your Inner Authority
Saturday July 11, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the quiet, steady knowing that already lives within you.

Certainty Within guides participants through gentle movement, breath, reflection, and grounded conversation to explore what it feels like to trust yourself—in your body, your choices, and your inner voice. Rather than looking outward for validation or permission, you’ll learn how to recognize signals of safety, clarity, and alignment from the inside out.
This experience is especially supportive for those who lead, create, care for others, or feel pulled in many directions. Together, we’ll explore how nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and presence create the foundation for clear boundaries, confident decisions, and authentic expression.
You’ll leave with practical tools, embodied insight, and a renewed sense of self-trust—able to move forward from a place of grounded certainty rather than urgency or doubt.
No fixing. No forcing. Just remembering how to lead from within.

Meditations in eMotion
Saturday July 11, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Meditations in eMotion are essentially meditations done through movement, set to music, and tied to various emotions. Some emotions can be so strong they’re almost paralyzing. This revolutionary tool will teach you how to *move* through those emotions - literally. Have you ever experienced such a strong emotion (deep grief for example) that you wondered if you’d ever be truly happy or feel “like yourself” again? Or felt stuck in an emotion that you just couldn’t shake (sadness/anger/stress/frustration), and wished you could somehow let it go and move forward? You actually can. Learn how to shift out of not-so-great feeling emotions, enhance your positive feelings, and improve emotional well-being overall. This practice is a total life game changer! And these short moving meditations can easily be incorporated into daily life.

Sensing in Color: How Energy Speaks
Saturday July 11, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm EDT
Perceive the world before we put words to it.

In this workshop, participants are guided through a series of sensory experiences that invite listening beyond thought. Short pieces of music, simple tastes, and gentle movement become moments of attention that is felt first in the body, then allowed to take form through color, line, and shape.
Rather than trying to create an image, participants respond. Sound moves the hand. Taste becomes texture. Feeling becomes motion. The page becomes a place where experience is translated as it’s happening, not after it’s been explained or analyzed.
Breath supports the process throughout, helping participants stay present as energy shifts across the senses. Over time, patterns begin to emerge, showing each person how they naturally receive and interpret the world around them.
Sensing in Color is playful, surprising, and quietly revealing. It offers a direct experience of intuition at work and a glimpse into how identity is shaped by what we notice, trust, and allow to move through us.
No art experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen with the senses.

Tantra: The Art of Conscious Relationship
Saturday July 11, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm EDT
This experiential tantra workshop is an invitation to rebuild a loving relationship with your body, your energy, and the way you connect with others.

Through grounded practices such as breathwork, embodied awareness, eye gazing, consent exercises, nervous-system attunement, and conscious communication, participants explore how self-trust, emotional safety, and presence directly shape intimacy, attraction, and connection. Rather than focusing on performance, this class supports you in reconnecting with your natural vitality — the life force that fuels confidence, pleasure, magnetism, creativity, and authentic relating.

Participants are guided to explore how their relationship with their own body, boundaries, and desires influences the quality of their relationships with others. As self-connection deepens, many people experience a renewed sense of sensual aliveness, clearer communication, deeper emotional intimacy, and a more empowered relationship with their own sexuality and personal energy.

This workshop offers practical tools for real life — supporting healthier communication, stronger boundaries, deeper trust, and more conscious connection in romantic relationships, friendships, and within yourself.
No partner is required. All practices are trauma-aware, consent-centered, inclusive, and fully optional. You are always invited to participate at your own comfort level.

Meet Your Ancestors
Saturday July 11, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm EDT
Are you ancestor-curious? Ancestor-bothered? Dreaming of dead relatives? Never thought about the ancestors before? Not even sure you know what an ancestor is?

Maybe you’re up to your neck in holistic teachings and modalities, but still drawn to understand the influence of the dead on our lives here. Maybe you’ve been on a path, and you’re encountering work that feels hollow or leaves you yearning for something more grounded. This super accessible, beginner-friendly workshop is for you!
Ancestral Healing Practitioner and writer Ashley Waverley will break down the basics of ancestral healing (the general concept) and Ancestral Lineage Healing (the method). The gathering will be very “why, how, what”—a true primer on the nature of the work, what you stand to gain if you venture in, what’s required of you, and how it’s different (or not) from what you think it is.
Learn more about what Ancestral Lineage Healing is, how to begin, and what it’ll look like once you’re engaged.
Leave with tangible skills to implement the basics of ritual safety and boundary-setting in your spiritual practice.
This offering is for you, if...
•You’re a smarty-pants skeptic who craves a richer spiritual life, but you have a hard time suspending disbelief.
• You’re metaphysically curious, but struggle to take certain practices seriously.
• You believe the challenges we face are not just our own—they may also be inherited.
• You believe personal healing may be incomplete without an accompanying ethic of cultural healing that works to transform racism, sexism, colonialism, etc.
• The “good vibes only” crowd aren’t your people; “light and love” alone leave you wondering…what about the rest of life’s complexities?
• You have a sense that you’re being impacted or influenced by generational patterns and you’re not sure what to do about it.

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING? — A Nervous System Reset Experience
Saturday July 11, 2026 6:00pm - 7:00pm EDT
This 60-minute experience guides participants through a gentle arc of rhythm, reflection, movement, and sound, allowing the nervous system to release excess activation and settle into a grounded, integrated state.

We begin with a brief welcome circle to establish safety and connection, followed by cardio drumming to rhythmically discharge stress and reconnect participants to their bodies in an accessible, non-intimidating way. From there, participants are guided through a reflective inquiry exploring Who are you? and Who do you want to be? using journaling and an optional mirror or phone-camera reflection to deepen authentic self-awareness (always choice-based).
Insights are then embodied through Soul Flow, an intuitive, slow-flow movement practice co-facilitated with Soul Flow instructor Lori, weaving movement with reflective pauses and optional writing. The experience concludes with a sound meditation and integration, using crystal bowls and grounding tones, followed by a gentle closing circle.
Participants leave feeling regulated, centered, and more connected.
Participants will:
Experience practical tools for nervous system regulation through rhythm, movement, and sound.
Gain clarity through guided self-reflection around identity and intentionality.
Translate insight into embodied awareness while feeling grounded, present, and integrated.

Rhythmic Reality: Returning to Natural Law
Sunday July 12, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Natural Law is the living intelligence that underlies everything, the rhythms, patterns, and principles that keep the universe in harmony. When we understand and align with these laws, life begins to flow with more ease, clarity, and coherence.

In this workshop, we explore Natural Law through the body, breath, and lived experience. You’ll learn how energy moves through your field, how thoughts and stories shape your reality, and how to return to the pulse, the place where you operate in rhythm with Earth, truth, and your own inner knowing.
Together we uncover how:
• awareness shifts your whole field
• emotions influence your actions
• alignment organizes your reality
• you can live with more steadiness, clarity, and resonance
This is a practical, grounded introduction to Natural Law accessible to beginners and deeply validating for practitioners. You will leave with tools you can use immediately in your daily life. (Comes with a free pdf download of my natural law workbook)

Reclaiming the Sacred Goddess Within
Sunday July 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
There comes a moment when a woman no longer asks who she is becoming — only what sheis ready to reclaim. This one-hour ceremonial circle is a sacred pause... a remembering.Together we enter a held, intimate space where invisibility softens, over-giving dissolves, and the quiet voice of inner wisdom rises.

Within this circle, the living current of the Goddess awakens — the sovereign grace of Isis, the devotional fire of Mary Magdalene, the luminous wisdom of Sophia, and the threshold-guarding power of Hekate. These are not distant deities, but ancient names for forces already moving through your body, your story, your becoming.

Through guided reflection, gentle ritual, and embodied presence, you will honor the woman you have been and anchor the sovereign woman you are. This is not self-improvement. It is sacred return.

You will not leave with more to do — you will leave more fully yourself.

🌙 Will you meet her?

Embodied Brush Yoga: A collective Art Experience
Sunday July 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
A Collective Art Experience invites you to slip into a world where movement becomes paint, breath becomes rhythm, and your body becomes the brush.

Journey Through the Koshas: Somatics & Sound
Sunday July 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
This experiential workshop guides participants through the five yogic koshas or shealths of being: the physical body, the breath body, the mental body, the wisdom body and the bliss body. Unite these layers of being by bridging yogic philosophy with somatic practices to notice the stories and potential limiting beliefs that live within our stored tension. Through somatic movement, self-bodywork, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you are invited to notice the subtle energies of aliveness as you journey into rediscovering wholeness.

The session begins with gentle somatic movement, including facial and vocal release, to soften tension, increase sensory awareness, and support a felt sense of safety within the body. Participants move into somatic breathwork to cultivate internal energy and support nervous system activation and regulation, allowing stored tension and habituated responses to unwind through sensation and awareness. Transition into a guided meditation to witness what sensations, thoughts and emotions have risen to the surface. Make space to see yourself with compassion as awareness is turned inward.
Close your experience with an immersive sound bath of intentional frequencies from the gong, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and flutes. Gently shift into a receptive, subconscious state, where the brain can repattern, the body can deeply relax, and space opens to notice what is moving, settling, and integrating within.
This workshop is for those curious about the intersection of yogic wisdom and somatic healing, including practitioners, teachers, and anyone seeking a grounded, embodied approach to self-regulation, inner listening, and meaningful rest.

Breathing in Color: Raising the Frequency of Space
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Breathing in Color is about giving the inner experience a visual language.

In this workshop, color is explored as energy rather than aesthetic, and breath becomes the translator. Through guided somatic breathwork and visualization, participants are invited to sense how energy moves within the body, between one another, and through the land and air around them.
Every brushstroke, color palette, and mark an artist makes carries subtle choices that shape their artistic style. Over time, these choices become a visual vocabulary… a way of speaking without words.
As participants explore their inner canvas with curiosity and insight, they begin to sense their own intuitive language forming. With each sensation that whispers, each emotion, memory, or subtle shift that stirs, color becomes a living vocabulary for experiencing energy and offering form to what is felt before it needs to be named.
Near the close of the session, participants are invited to offer a single mark, color, or gesture to a communal artwork, contributing as it feels resonant. This shared creation reflects the collective frequency shaped through breath, presence, and shared attention in that moment. The completed piece will be shared digitally with all who attended as a keepsake of the experience.
Breathing in Color introduces somatic breathwork and creative expression as ritual and offers a way of experiencing art as something felt through the body and held in space. It's an energetic language that continues to speak long after the moment has passed.
No prior art or breathwork experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.

Somatic Release Breathwork (w/ Hands-On Healing)
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Somatic Release Breathwork is a transformative embodiment practice that connects you to your body’s electrical network—the nervous system—helping release and alchemize stagnation and stuck emotions from repetitive thoughts, feelings, and old narratives. Using circular connected breathing and rhythmic music, it facilitates cathartic release—such as shaking, crying, or laughing—to clear blockages and restore balance to the nervous system. Many describe this experience as deeply transformative—akin to a plant medicine journey—for reclaiming true power and deepening into authenticity.

Pre-Breathwork Recommendations:
  • ARRIVAL TIME: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before 10 AM so we can begin promptly. Give yourself ample time to settle in (10-15 minutes) and begin to drop into the space and to your direct experience.
  • FOOD: Please do NOT eat 2 hours before our session.
  • LIQUIDS: Please refrain from drinking excessive amounts of fluid the morning of. Enough to stay hydrated, without feeling a lot of "fullness" in the belly. Caffeine is fine in the morning, if that is part of your routine.
  • TO BRING:
    • Yoga Mat
    • Blanket
    • Water Bottle
    • Journal
    • *Optional but Recommended* Eye Mask (I recommend the Mindfold)

Contraindications
By signing up for this ceremony, I confirm that I have no contraindications for this type of breathwork including:
● Cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
● High Blood Pressure
● Glaucoma
● Retinal Detachment
● Pregnancy
● Osteoporosis
● Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
● Severe Mental Illness
● Major Medications
● History of Seizures
● Persons with Asthma should bring their inhaler AND consult their primary care physician

I also agree that I will not consume any mind altering medicines or substances before the ceremony.

Sacred Smoke & Somatic Consent: Cannabis, Boundaries, and Embodied Yes
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Consent is not just a verbal agreement — it’s a lived, embodied experience that shifts with context, sensation, and nervous system state. This workshop invites participants into a deeper understanding of consent as something felt, practiced, and continually renegotiated — especially when cannabis or other consciousness-altering practices are present.

Through education, reflection, and gentle somatic inquiry, participants will explore how cannabis can be used mindfully to slow down, increase body awareness, and clarify internal signals related to desire, comfort, and boundaries. Rather than focusing on performance or partnered outcomes, this space centers self-consent, presence, and choice.

Topics include:
How cannabis affects perception, sensation, and nervous system regulation
The difference between cognitive consent and somatic consent
Navigating “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” when altered states are involved
Harm-reduction strategies for intimacy, communication, and aftercare
Applying consent principles inward — to rest, pleasure, substances, and pacing

Witnessing Consciousness: A Yogic View of AI
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
AI is simply a reflection of the human mind, but not just one mind, rather our collective, mass consciousness. The internet gave us a way to see how mind works on a global scale. AI is the next step back, an amplification of that same mind, accessible to all at any time.

There is nothing inherently good or bad about it. As the Yoga Sutras remind us, the mind can be a source of suffering or liberation depending on our relationship to it. So the question becomes: do we let it run the show, or do we remain established in the witness? Or do we become even more absorbed in mind, losing sight of what’s real? AI is the most powerful tool we’ve created since the internet which means our relationship to it matters.

In this workshop, we’ll explore where yoga and AI intersect in this space, how the same yogic techniques we use to understand, observe, and work skillfully with the mind can guide how we meet AI.

We’ll talk about awareness, discernment, and staying rooted in what’s real. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and simple practices you can take with you, so AI becomes something you can control consciously… instead of something that controls you.

Sunday July 12, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm EDT
This workshop is a resource for anyone with a curiosity of how to support themselves, a sister, a friend in their first 42 days following birth. This period of immense transformation is humbling for a lot of women and the common lack of focus on support in this period of newness can be detrimental to many women. The maiden is dying to become the mother. There is grieving, questioning, bliss, tears, fears, physical rekindling, ecstatic joy, and so much more. She deserves to be held in deep reverence and with tenderness.

In our time together we will discuss what the Sacred Window (Sutika Paricharya) is and why it is so important, why Vata Dosha is so prevalent in the 4th trimester, and how to nourish and balance Vata Dosha with nutrition, warmth, herbs, spices, and more. All of these methods will be practical and accessible for you and yours.
You will also get to take home with you my 108 Postpartum Affirmations that can be uttered at anytime you need, whether it is in the morning, after a good cry, on a Mala at your altar, while baby is nursing, before bed, or in the middle of the night.

Embodied Transcendence: Releasing What No Longer Serves
Sunday July 12, 2026 3:00pm - 4:00pm EDT
Embodied Transcendence: Releasing What No Longer ServesTranscendence is not something we think our way into—it is something we embody.
This experiential workshop invites participants to move beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body, where emotional patterns and limiting beliefs are often held. Through guided presence, sound, and Reiki attunement, we create a supportive container for the nervous system to soften, regulate, and release what is ready to be let go.
Sound and vibration support coherence and deeper states of awareness, allowing emotional energy to shift naturally—without force or fixing. No prior experience is needed; participants are invited to arrive exactly as they are.
This experience supports:
• Emotional and energetic release
• Nervous system regulation
• Embodied presence and clarity
• Integration of transcendence into daily life

Embers: The Fire You Take With You
Sunday July 12, 2026 4:00pm - 4:30pm EDT
As the weekend draws to a close, we gather one final time — not to end the experience, but to anchor it into the bones.
This closing ceremony is a sacred integration space. A moment to honor the transformations that occurred, the connections formed, the truths remembered. Through reflection, breath, sound, and collective energy, we seal the work that was done here and consciously carry it back into our lives.
You did not come here to escape your life.
You came here to reclaim yourself within it.
May you leave this mountain with clearer vision, softer hearts, stronger boundaries, and deeper devotion to your own becoming.
The ceremony ends.
The embodiment begins.
