Transcend Fest VT 2026

Step into a sacred two-hour immersive experience designed to ground, connect, and awaken your inner landscape.  Guide by three facilitators, this offering weaves together ancient practices and intentional ritual to create a deeply nourishing container for community and transformation.

We will begin by honoring the space with a heartfelt land acknowledgement and blessing, followed by a collective meta (loving-kindness) prayer to open our hearts and set a shared intention.  From there, you'll be gently guided into grounding breathwork to center your body and calm the mind.

As the journey unfolds, you'll be led through a guided shamanic meditation, inviting insight, clarity, and connection to your inner wisdom.  The experience will deepen in a rhythmic drumming circle, activating energy, unity, and collective presence - leaving you feeling connected uplifted, and rooted in community.

We will drop into the space, into ourselves, and the transformative weekend ahead with intention.

Kick off the weekend with an electrifying opening ceremony led by festival Creatrix - Aria Nyx. Set your intentions and tap into the collective energy of Transcend Fest.  This is your moment to arrive fully, connect with your people, and step into a weekend of expansion, expression, and transformation.

A Shamanic Journey is an ancient practice dating back to the pre-religion times of animism. Shamanic Journeying uses traditional drumming to effortlessly induce deep meditative states of consciousness without the use of any substances. While in these deep meditative states we can experience healing, emotional release, pattern recognition, wisdom from guides/ancestors, enhanced overall wellbeing, and even mystical visions. In modern times we are so caught up in surviving day to day that we forget the more subtle realms and energies that are unseen around us all of the time. We begin each journey by honoring these unseen energies, our ancestors, and the elemental spirits of earth, water, fire, wind and ether (space). We will set an intention for our journey together after a brief introduction and explanation of the practice to receive the most benefits from our session. The beat of the drum shifts our consciousness toward the spiritual realms and allows us to expand beyond our normal awareness. The science behind these practices lies in the trance inducing beat of the drum, when we listen to repeated drumming our brains shift from our waking state into a deep meditative state. Shamanic Journeys can provide profound healing, new insights and awareness in our life that help us to see life from a renewed perspective which leads to new solutions and experiences.  All are welcome, no previous experience necessary!

Join Indigenous Medicine Woman Mountain Flower for a sacred connection ceremony that weaves an energetic bond between attendees, Earth Mother, the ancestors, and the cosmos.

Join Metamorphosis and ThirdTone for a guided exploration of consciousness, connection, and nervous system restoration. This immersive experience begins with a carefully facilitated microdose ceremony of our beloved tri-strain psilocybin sacrament "Trinity", led by the Metamorphosis team, creating a foundation for presence, intention, and expanded awareness.

Participants will then be guided into a transformative entheoacoustic sound journey by ThirdTone founders Lisa Masé and Evan Premo. Through precision-crafted frequencies, immersive sound design, and deep listening practices, this experience supports relaxation, insight, emotional integration, and a profound connection to self and community. Together, Metamorphosis and ThirdTone offer a unique fusion of intentional plant medicine practice, sound medicine, and heart-centered facilitation designed to inspire healing, coherence, and human flourishing.

Join Khaluna Kam as she hosts a Traditional Kamlanie - ancestor fire. This will involve cleansing with Shaman Juniper, a lineage-based paleolithic ancestor fire, offerings (will be provided), drumming, singing, throat singing, and complete freedom of expression. Traditionally performed in regions like Tuva and among peoples such as the Sakha and Kazakhs in Siberia and Central Asia. Her lineage comes from Khakassia, Siberia. Her teacher is Morsuk Kam (Austria), and his teacher is Karagai Kam (Siberia/Kathmandu).

Following the Kamlanie, there will be a gathering called "Freedom of the Self". This will include discussing the basics of traditional Shamanism and some everyday techniques for self-healing.

This memorable ceremony invites you to move freely, connect with the energy of the collective, and participate in a joyful shared soundscape through music, instruments, community rhythm, voice, and a kirtan-inspired chant. Participants will be invited to honor an insight, intention, or takeaway they wish to carry forward from the festival, with a symbolic crystal keepsake and a grounding reflection to close the journey.

Together, we will close the space in community and gratitude — leaving uplifted, connected, and carrying the magic of Transcend Fest beyond the mountain.

As the weekend draws to a close, we gather one final time — not to end the experience, but to anchor it into the bones.
This closing ceremony is a sacred integration space. A moment to honor the transformations that occurred, the connections formed, the truths remembered. Through reflection, breath, sound, and collective energy, we seal the work that was done here and consciously carry it back into our lives.
