Sound Journey
Saturday July 11, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Restorative is held for several minutes, the goal is to experience relaxation and restoration. This means that there is very little effort of any kind during a practice. Accessing tranquility and peace through healing, nurturing postures. A passive, transformative style of yoga that asks participants to hold postures. Longer hold of poses is done to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. Cultivate stillness, meditation, and deep awareness, but they access these states in different but equally beneficial ways.

Embodied Brush Yoga: A collective Art Experience
Saturday July 11, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
Embodied Brush Yoga: A Collective Art Experience invites you to slip into a world where movement becomes paint, breath becomes rhythm, and your body becomes the brush. With body-safe pigments on hands and feet, we'll step onto a collective canvas and be guided through a slow, fluid yoga flow that awakens the senses and softens you into your own skin. Each gesture leaves its trace on the shared canvas. Let your body speak in a swirl of color, a press of presence, and a moment of deeply embodied emotion translated into form.

As the class unfolds, the space becomes alive with collective expression: footsteps of grounding, handprints of release, spirals of playful joy and somatic surrender. Together, we create a living tapestry of embodied experience: a visual imprint of community, connection, and the sensual intelligence of the moving body. By the end, the canvas becomes a piece of collective art, holding the story of every breath, every touch, every felt moment we shared.

Meditations in eMotion
Saturday July 11, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Meditations in eMotion are essentially meditations done through movement, set to music, and tied to various emotions. Some emotions can be so strong they’re almost paralyzing. This revolutionary tool will teach you how to *move* through those emotions - literally. Have you ever experienced such a strong emotion (deep grief for example) that you wondered if you’d ever be truly happy or feel “like yourself” again? Or felt stuck in an emotion that you just couldn’t shake (sadness/anger/stress/frustration), and wished you could somehow let it go and move forward? You actually can. Learn how to shift out of not-so-great feeling emotions, enhance your positive feelings, and improve emotional well-being overall. This practice is a total life game changer! And these short moving meditations can easily be incorporated into daily life.

Sensing in Color: How Energy Speaks
Saturday July 11, 2026 1:30pm - 2:30pm EDT
Perceive the world before we put words to it.

In this workshop, participants are guided through a series of sensory experiences that invite listening beyond thought. Short pieces of music, simple tastes, and gentle movement become moments of attention that is felt first in the body, then allowed to take form through color, line, and shape.
Rather than trying to create an image, participants respond. Sound moves the hand. Taste becomes texture. Feeling becomes motion. The page becomes a place where experience is translated as it’s happening, not after it’s been explained or analyzed.
Breath supports the process throughout, helping participants stay present as energy shifts across the senses. Over time, patterns begin to emerge, showing each person how they naturally receive and interpret the world around them.
Sensing in Color is playful, surprising, and quietly revealing. It offers a direct experience of intuition at work and a glimpse into how identity is shaped by what we notice, trust, and allow to move through us.
No art experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen with the senses.

Breathing in Color: Raising the Frequency of Space
Sunday July 12, 2026 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT
Breathing in Color is about giving the inner experience a visual language.

In this workshop, color is explored as energy rather than aesthetic, and breath becomes the translator. Through guided somatic breathwork and visualization, participants are invited to sense how energy moves within the body, between one another, and through the land and air around them.
Every brushstroke, color palette, and mark an artist makes carries subtle choices that shape their artistic style. Over time, these choices become a visual vocabulary… a way of speaking without words.
As participants explore their inner canvas with curiosity and insight, they begin to sense their own intuitive language forming. With each sensation that whispers, each emotion, memory, or subtle shift that stirs, color becomes a living vocabulary for experiencing energy and offering form to what is felt before it needs to be named.
Near the close of the session, participants are invited to offer a single mark, color, or gesture to a communal artwork, contributing as it feels resonant. This shared creation reflects the collective frequency shaped through breath, presence, and shared attention in that moment. The completed piece will be shared digitally with all who attended as a keepsake of the experience.
Breathing in Color introduces somatic breathwork and creative expression as ritual and offers a way of experiencing art as something felt through the body and held in space. It's an energetic language that continues to speak long after the moment has passed.
No prior art or breathwork experience is needed. Only curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.

Embers: The Fire You Take With You
Sunday July 12, 2026 4:00pm - 4:30pm EDT
As the weekend draws to a close, we gather one final time — not to end the experience, but to anchor it into the bones.
This closing ceremony is a sacred integration space. A moment to honor the transformations that occurred, the connections formed, the truths remembered. Through reflection, breath, sound, and collective energy, we seal the work that was done here and consciously carry it back into our lives.
You did not come here to escape your life.
You came here to reclaim yourself within it.
May you leave this mountain with clearer vision, softer hearts, stronger boundaries, and deeper devotion to your own becoming.
The ceremony ends.
The embodiment begins.
