Welcome I'm Lauren, a dancer, teacher, facilitator, and Ayurvedic postpartum doula... among numerous other things. After practicing yoga for 3 years, I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in 2021. It wasn't until 2022 that I began teaching. Since then evolution has taken course.
I now kindle Ecstatic Dance events for my local community and festival goers (that's you), as well as teaching and supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, and through the Sacred Window; the first 42 days after birth, and teaching a blend of prenatal, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes for the community in which I reside.
I am inspired to provide resources and support women in their most tender and transformative periods of life. This might not even be birth! It might be accomplishment, triumph, rock bottom, etc. Wherever you are, really. Even the day to day is encompassed in transformation! Anyway, I hope to meet you, where you are. We move together.
