I am a 500-hour yoga teacher based in Salt Lake City, and my teaching is rooted in embodiment, nervous system awareness, and community connection. Most importantly, creating spaces where presence is prioritized over performance.
I work across diverse settings, including Salt Lake Behavioral Health and the Utah State Correctional Facility, using yoga, breath, and reflection as tools for regulation, self-inquiry, and shared humanity. My classes and workshops weave together movement, vulnerability, and intentionality, offering practices that are accessible, grounded, and deeply human.
With a background in storytelling and visual art, I approaches yoga as both a personal and collective journey — inviting participants to slow down, listen inward, and move forward with mindfulness and intention. My work centers on building bridges between communities and cultivating spaces where people can arrive exactly as they are.
