Rachel Fitzpatrick is a yoga teacher, retreat leader, podcaster, and founder of The FitZen Revolution—a movement rooted in presence, nervous system regulation, and living as if you are your most important project.
With a background as a healthcare IT Project Executive and years of experience guiding yoga, meditation, and embodied practices, Rachel bridges structure and soul in everything she offers. Her teaching invites students out of performance and into awareness—where confidence, clarity, and inner certainty naturally emerge.
Rachel is the host of The FitZen Project podcast, where she explores mindfulness, energy management, and what it truly means to be in the business of yourself. Her classes and workshops blend intentional movement, breath, stillness, and reflection, creating space for students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and remember who they are beneath the noise.
Rachel holds space for presence—not as something to achieve, but something to return to.
